Delivered quickly, however, when I took it for a trial run, the speed control broke. I phoned the company right away and received a new control within a couple of days. Well done. It was my fault which I did mention to them still didn't charge me.

The whole ordering process was easy, website easy to navigate, i had a few questions on the mobility scooter which were answered over the phone very quickly.
The wheelchair arrived on time and was packaged excellently.
