Benefit from an impressive range of 16 miles with the 10Ah battery. Large 8” front and rear wheels and a ground clearance of 2.5” offer upgraded ride comfort and the ability to tackle tougher terrain. For outdoor journeys, the all-around leather seat protects against pavement bumps and provides a smooth ride throughout. Solid, anti-friction tyres ensure you stay puncture-free.

Quick disassembly lets you break down the scooter into small lightweight pieces - with the heaviest part just 15kg. Whether you’re putting the scooter into your car or storing it away at home, you’ll find this model highly portable.

A Built-in high intensity LED pavement lights are fitted at the front for whenever they're required.

Charging the AirRider scooter is simple, either plug the charger into the tiller head or remove the battery and charge directly. The removable battery is compact enough to store and charge.

The mobility scooter is also light and compact enough to be able to take on planes and trains. There is a mechanical and electrical brake for best stopping, the control is via a twist throttle and an ignition key start for top level safety.

lightweight foldable hassle free mobility scooter BARGAIN!!!

I've been looking for a lightweight foldable hassle free mobility scooter for a while, and after ruling out many for poor performance and many more for being too heavy, I finally decided on the GliderMobility Air Rider as its under 20kg (even less without the battery) and it's got a fantastic 16 mile range! While that probably means more like 10 mile range with normal use, happy with this, I bought it. I ordered it late afternoon on a Thursday online after speaking to a very nice gentleman who answered my questions. He did say it would be delivered by Monday, and it did arrive on Monday morning as promised! It took my husband only minutes to put together and we both tested it out. It is surprisingly comfy (I'm 5ft 8ins with long legs), well made and very sturdy. I felt very safe riding it. The only small negative was that the charger has a US plug on it, so I ordered a US to UK adapter (the one for charging appliances NOT the toothbrush charger type) on Amazon (an easy fix). For the price this scooter is fantastic!!! Very happy customer :-)

Nippy little Scooter.

I am pleased with my AirRider Scooter, haven’t used it as yet because it’s a bit warm out there. Only have one little problem that is I was sent a battery that was meant for somebody’s Wheelchair instead of my spare battery , so now waiting for the postman to bring me a returns sticker ,hopefully on Monday .

I feel a lot more independent with it—and it’s even kind of fun to ride!

The Air Rider has made getting out and about so much more enjoyable. It’s compact enough to fit in tight spaces, but still feels really sturdy and comfortable when I’m on it. What I love most is how smoothly it rides—no jolts or rattles, even on uneven paths. I’ve used it for everything from local shopping to countryside paths, and it hasn’t let me down. The battery life is great, and the fold-down design makes it so easy to take with me on road trips. I feel a lot more independent with it—and it’s even kind of fun to ride!
