Great service great value. The folding mobility scooter was a quarter the price of one we looked at locally. Delivery was promised the next working day and as we live in the Scottish Highlands we don't expect that to happen. Well it did, we ordered on the Saturday (on-line) and it arrived on Tuesday. My wife tried it out and found it very easy to use. She has rheumatoid arthritis and her hands are very sore, but the lever was light and little pressure was needed. The fact that you don't have to pull a brake on was a real plus.
Only had the GM120 wheelchair for a few days but it seams much more powerful than my previous wheelchair GM19 and in my mind seams better suited for the UK.
Great chair easy to use comfortable to sit in would recommend. The customer service is good we had few issues they got sorted straight away.

We bought an extra battery neither batteries charge to four green lights they only charge too three green lights

I have a mobility scooter but bought this wheelchair to go with us when we need more space in the car, or for when we go abroad on an aeroplane.
It is very comfortable, easy to use, very manoeuvrable, and certainly takes up less space in the car. Even better, I hadn't realised when I ordered it that it was automatic opening and folding!
It is sturdy and well made, but the downside to that is it is on the heavy side - I can get it in and out of my car boot on my own (just) - but definitely easier with two people. Having said that, my wife and I are still young (ish) - (early 60s) - so it might be more difficult for us in a few years time.
The battery range is OK, but unless it will improve considerably with further charges (the wheelchair is very new and the following example of its range was after the battery had been charged just a couple of times).
We took the wheelchair with us on holiday recently to Holland, where we had a day out in Amsterdam. The wheelchair got me to the station from our apartment (about a 1.5 mile walk), then round Amsterdam (probably 5-6 miles walking in total) and then back to the apartment from the station (it died 5 yards from the apartment door!). So I would say the battery range is around 9-10 miles rather than the 17 miles as advertised. I had bought an extra battery, and had that with me, so it wouldn't have been a problem, but I was expecting to go further on one full battery charge. I wasn't at maximum speed all the time, either. In comparison my mobility scooter would have had used about 50-60% of its battery charge for the same journey. I hope it improves over time (and more charges)..
However, overall an excellent wheelchair and value for money. I would recommend.

This scooter has changed my life, I can now get out and about, it’s lightweight and folds flat to fit in my car. Would highly recommend
My Aerolite Carbon fibre wheelchair is excellent.It’s really good quality and handles smoothly. I took it out for the first time today and felt very confident. I would highly recommend this chair.

I bought the ultra light wheelchair. Delivery was quick and assembly very easy. I have only had it a few days but I have to say so far I am very impressed with it. I bought it for putting in the boot of the car when I am out and about and I find it much easier to lift in and out compared to the folding scooter I have much lighter. Had a trip to the doctors yesterday and used it and the handling of it it was great. I think it is going to make my trips out in the car a whole lot easier. Very happy with my purchase so far
After having a manual chair for yeara and having torn all the tendons in my wrists.. this chair is an absolte luxury.
It is comfortable and easy to control, after a few bumps, my own fault for setting speed too high.
Love the automatic folding and opening and although too heavy for me to lift my husband manages it with ease..but it is easy to fix to the hoist in my car allowing me independece togo oit pn my own.
The only partI struggle with is rhe foot plate but hopefully it will get easier with use
When the power chair first arrived, I was somewhat dismayed to find the width, folded out of the box, measured 11.5 inches, when the advertised dimension was 11 inches. My motorhome locker measures 11.1 inches, so I knew it wouldn't fit. When I scrutinised the construction, I found that a 40mm tube around one of the screws, acted as a stop to prevent the chair from folded further. Once I removed this tube, the chair folded to a width of 10 inches, perfect ! Now it fits into the motorhome locker with ease.
Good value and well designed chair but the solid tyres slip on carpet when turning where as air filled tyres grop better, but then solid tyres are better for outdoors. Nice people to deal with too, so can recommend using this company to buy from.
I received the silver wheelchair as the Gold was out of stock. Danny kept me informed of what was happening and when to expect delivery and was extremely helpful and friendly. The wheelchair is great so far.Just been shopping with it and runs great but slips a bit if you have to turn round. It’s lightweight to lift into the car and doesn’t take up as much space as my other wheelchair so will be better for going on buses and travelling.
Very pleased looks nice, like the colour.
