Very happy with the power chair, delivery was perfect and the assembly was straight forward.

I bought the ultra light wheelchair. Delivery was quick and assembly very easy. I have only had it a few days but I have to say so far I am very impressed with it. I bought it for putting in the boot of the car when I am out and about and I find it much easier to lift in and out compared to the folding scooter I have much lighter. Had a trip to the doctors yesterday and used it and the handling of it it was great. I think it is going to make my trips out in the car a whole lot easier. Very happy with my purchase so far

After having a manual chair for yeara and having torn all the tendons in my wrists.. this chair is an absolte luxury.
It is comfortable and easy to control, after a few bumps, my own fault for setting speed too high.
Love the automatic folding and opening and although too heavy for me to lift my husband manages it with ease..but it is easy to fix to the hoist in my car allowing me independece togo oit pn my own.
The only partI struggle with is rhe foot plate but hopefully it will get easier with use

When the power chair first arrived, I was somewhat dismayed to find the width, folded out of the box, measured 11.5 inches, when the advertised dimension was 11 inches. My motorhome locker measures 11.1 inches, so I knew it wouldn't fit. When I scrutinised the construction, I found that a 40mm tube around one of the screws, acted as a stop to prevent the chair from folded further. Once I removed this tube, the chair folded to a width of 10 inches, perfect ! Now it fits into the motorhome locker with ease.

Good value and well designed chair but the solid tyres slip on carpet when turning where as air filled tyres grop better, but then solid tyres are better for outdoors. Nice people to deal with too, so can recommend using this company to buy from.

Great battery

I received the silver wheelchair as the Gold was out of stock. Danny kept me informed of what was happening and when to expect delivery and was extremely helpful and friendly. The wheelchair is great so far.Just been shopping with it and runs great but slips a bit if you have to turn round. It’s lightweight to lift into the car and doesn’t take up as much space as my other wheelchair so will be better for going on buses and travelling.

Hi only just received my AirRider Scooter looks great easy to put together just had a little ride around the lounge seems great going for a trip out tomorrow let your know more then.

The scooter is very sturdy and well built. Very good price. I can't say it is lightweight and although it came with a manual I did put the remaining parts together, but maybe other woman would struggle, as no instructions. Also the turning circle is abit tight. To big and heavy to get in my car boot, but great for getting out and about town and shopping. The detachable battery is great and power and distance good. All in all I am pleased with it, but could be improved on.

Hi I ve got a problem with the handles not clipping in securely and keep popping out and not tightening up. Can you help ?

Handy gadget for electric wheelchair users

I've been looking for a lightweight foldable hassle free mobility scooter for a while, and after ruling out many for poor performance and many more for being too heavy, I finally decided on the GliderMobility Air Rider as its under 20kg (even less without the battery) and it's got a fantastic 16 mile range! While that probably means more like 10 mile range with normal use, happy with this, I bought it. I ordered it late afternoon on a Thursday online after speaking to a very nice gentleman who answered my questions. He did say it would be delivered by Monday, and it did arrive on Monday morning as promised! It took my husband only minutes to put together and we both tested it out. It is surprisingly comfy (I'm 5ft 8ins with long legs), well made and very sturdy. I felt very safe riding it. The only small negative was that the charger has a US plug on it, so I ordered a US to UK adapter (the one for charging appliances NOT the toothbrush charger type) on Amazon (an easy fix). For the price this scooter is fantastic!!! Very happy customer :-)

After owning many wheelchairs I needed one which can take me to parks and on grass. This is perfect, its powerful yet controllable. Customer service is amazing.

Very comfortable and sturdy. Swivelling front wheels turn through 360 degrees which is great for manoevrability but theyhave a mind of their own on uneven surfaces so the chair gets stuck. That's the only downside.

I am pleased with my AirRider Scooter, haven’t used it as yet because it’s a bit warm out there. Only have one little problem that is I was sent a battery that was meant for somebody’s Wheelchair instead of my spare battery , so now waiting for the postman to bring me a returns sticker ,hopefully on Monday .

Apart from the fact that the scooter arrived, it looks exactly as described. Can't comment on the performance as I haven't taken it out yet.

Overall the wheelchair is great but I am having difficulties with the joystick I find it very sensitive , I hope I'll get used to it .

I bought the Glider Explorer for daily use, and it’s been fantastic. It’s really sturdy and handles rough terrain like gravel and grass without any issues. The battery lasts all day, and the ride is super smooth and comfortable. I feel safe, supported, and much more independent now.
